Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy covers paid offerings from Light Heart Vision, such as community membership, calls, sessions, or commissioned artwork. Payment methods and specifics will be added as offerings launch.

Community membership

Membership (e.g. via Skool) renews on a recurring basis unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime to stop future charges; [partial periods are non-refundable / prorated].

Calls & sessions

  • Reschedule: with at least [24] hours' notice, at no cost.
  • Cancellations more than [48] hours before: full refund or reschedule.
  • Within [48] hours / no-shows: [non-refundable / one reschedule offered].

Commissioned artwork
